What is Crosstraining at our gym?
Cross-training is based on natural movements from many other sports, for ex. Weightlifting, strenghtening, athletics, gymnastics, kettlebell, running, swimming, cycling etc. This training method is a mix of aerobics, strenght, flexibility, mobility, speed, explosivness, precision, coordination, balance and endurance. The main goal is improving overall physcal performance and to hit the goal you need constantly varied functional movements performed with high intensity.
Cross-training fits everyone. It does not matter if you are a beginner or an experienced athlete. It is actually an ideal sport for beginners who want to get in shape or, experienced athletes that wants to take their fitness to the next level. The intensity level is all up to you. You can scale all workouts to your own fitness level and slowly gradually make it more challenging when you are ready.
At our gym we strive for a good atmosphere where you feel friendship and belonging. Superstark gym is a gym where like-minded people gather and hang-out. To undergo physical and psychological trials with each other gives a special community and cohesion.
